Balanced, nutty-sweet Arabica blend for all brewing methods.
Whether for filter, espresso machine, or fully automatic machine – this blend tastes nutty, clean, and sweet. The foundation consists of seasonally changing, washed coffees from Central America and Africa. The focus is on flavor balance – a coffee that is intense and without extremes.
It is roasted precisely to the point where no roast flavors are discernible yet, and the acidity remains in the background.
