Shipping policy
We ship all parcels within Germany and internationally with our logistics partner DHL. The following shipping conditions apply:
1. Germany
All orders received by 3:00 p.m. on business days are shipped on the same day.
1.1 Shipping Within Germany With DHL
For orders valued at €40 or more, we offer free DHL shipping within Germany, excluding German islands. For orders below this amount, we charge a contribution towards shipping costs of €4.90. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
Please note that DHL deliveries may be delayed, particularly during the period leading up to Christmas.
1.2 DHL Packstation
You may specify a DHL Packstation when selecting your shipping method. To do so, you will need your individual Postnummer and the number of the Packstation. Our standard DHL shipping rates apply to deliveries to a Packstation.
1.3 Additional Information
All orders will be delivered within the delivery period expressly agreed upon or stated on the relevant product page. If no delivery period has been expressly agreed upon or displayed on the product page, delivery will take place within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
When paying with PayPal, your order will only be processed after the payment has been credited in full by PayPal. You must therefore complete your payment at www.paypal.de or via the link provided by us.

2. International Shipping
International orders are shipped exclusively with our logistics partner DHL. According to the information provided by DHL, international delivery takes between 3 and 12 business days.
